In our team, there is a process where we merge a git commit only when all tests are passed. There was some quick development going on. And, we needed quick commits.
I did a commit from another person without checking the result of tests. Paul from US team pointed this out. Everybody noticed, and it was a bad practice from me.
But the main thing was that my manager sent me a mail saying "Not expected this from you". I felt bad. I was like, I did 100 good things, you did not say a word, now I did a bad thing. You did not left this opportunity to send me such mail.
Its the poor corporate world!
