I slept late and woke up late AGAIN! -_-
I was so exhausted right from the moment I woke up. Later, one of my cousins who is 3 years old came home. His hugs and kisses just took away that empty feeling in me.
How beautiful it is, that Kids just remove the sadness, without them knowing, and also how much positivity they create naturally around them.
Kids teach us to be happy and real!
What did I eat?
Matcha Green Tea in the morning Breakfast - NO Lunch - 1:30 pm Minced Mutton with bell peppers and 2 omelettes ( Kinda egg wrap)
Snacks - 2 chocolates, Pizza Muffins2, Pomegranate Juice, 6 kiwis, Boondhi and curd mixture ( little too much).
Workout- Though I was a little excited about the different workout I planned today. But I just did not workout because I was feeling tired already.
I need to start counting my calories and from now on. :D
